Starting at the packing station

The video opens at the end of the line. Completed wheel alignment turn plates are checked one by one before they are cushioned, labeled, and sealed into cartons. Once sealed, the cartons are set aside for dispatch.

This is the part of production that buyers see first when a shipment arrives. Showing it on camera gives a clear picture of what a finished turn plate looks like before it leaves the factory.

A closer look at the plate components

After the packed units, the camera turns to three components used in turn plate production:

• Square plates — part of the turn plate build, requiring consistent fit and finish.

• Round plates — another key component, with dimensions that affect smooth operation.

• Ball bearing plate — selected for rotation quality, which directly influences how well a turn plate performs during alignment work.   Seeing these components alongside packed finished goods connects what goes into the product with what comes out of the factory.
